Recently, we rolled out new functionality that lets you download Message Report data as a CSV file. This feature is handy for users who want to do additional processing or analysis of that data for whatever purpose.
Recently, we rolled out new functionality that lets you download Message Report data as a CSV file. This feature is handy for users who want to do additional processing or analysis of that data for whatever purpose.
“Download CSV” is a popular feature request from Chatbase customers. That said, it includes only the data currently loaded in the table (i.e., up to 500 message variations per time-period selection), and thus it’s only part of our efforts to make your Chatbase data portable and insights from it widely accessible.
Possible future work under this theme that supports unlimited data export could take various (not necessarily mutually exclusive) forms, including APIs and tighter integration with Google tools. Feedback from customers and partners about their preferences in this area will help us determine the best roadmap, so if you have any, please let us know in comments or via replies to @chatbase!
