New: Access transcripts from multiple reports

Recently, we added transcripts to the Messages report, letting you drill-down into conversations for context about how well your bot responds to certain intents. Now, transcripts are also available in the Session Flow report as well as in funnels!

In the Session Flow view, having access to transcripts helps you understand why certain intents cause the bot to misfire along the user journey:


Similarly, jump into transcripts directly from your funnels to get insights into why users drop from a conversation at particular steps:


With transcripts now available in multiple reports, you get the full story about how your bot is performing from different perspectives -- saving time on initial development as well as optimizations. For more details, see the Transcripts documentation.
